Activities Offered
Shushokan Karate (6+ to adult) – a structured training programme using a system developed for the SSKO. Using the style of Shito-ryu Shukokai Karate-do as practised in Japan, students learn a complete traditional, sporting and self defence system taught in a safe, fun and friendly environment.

Little Ninjas – young children (4-6 years) martial arts based games and fun competitions to improve confidence, speed, agility and coordination.
